Spencer Chan is the Managing Partner & Chief Trainer of ESQUARE.
A former Colombo-Plan scholar, Spencer was an adjunct professor at the Geneva campus of the Webster University of St. Louis, USA from 1983 to 1990 and was on the part-time faculty of the Nanyang Technological University's Nanyang Business School and the University of Leeds MBA program. He also lectures regularly at the Marketing Institute of Singapore in various post-graduate diploma programs.
Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master's degree in Business from Purdue University

Clara Lee is the Director of Finance & Admin of ESQUARE.
Clara holds professional Accounting qualifications, BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) in HRM from the RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) & a Diploma in Management Studies from the SIM/RMIT.
Clara has held key positions such as regional HR Manager, credited for successfully implementing HR policies and regulations in diverse cultures within the Asia Pacific region. She has also vast experience as Group HR & Corporate Affairs Manager in a public listed company, responsible for all corporate communication concerning compliance, audit & accounting, etc relating to listing the organization on the Singapore Stock Exchange. |
