Grace Lee is a dynamic and much sought after trainer.
She has been in the training and development field for the past 20 years with more than 10 years experience in leading workshops for one of the top financial institutions in Singapore.
Over the years, she has held responsibilities in areas of training and development including managing the training function, consulting with user departments, designing, developing and facilitating/conducting training programmes in the areas of:
- Customer service
- Personal effectiveness
- Telephone communication
- Communication skills
- Problem solving and
- Professional image
She has a passion for the training and development of people and is a firm believer in life-long learning.
She graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with the Bachelor of Education and Training (HRD) and also the Diploma in Training and Development with the Singapore Institute of Management graduating in the top 5% of her cohort.
