Victor Gomez is the Principal Associate Trainer of ESQUARE. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Republic of Singapore Air Force having held several managerial positions. He was responsible for the training and establishing standards for thousands of personnel by developing training roadmaps to prepare them for higher management positions such as Officer Commanding, Head of Department and Commanding Officers. These have been primarily in the field of Leadership and Management.
He was the Project Manager responsible for the revamp of the professional course curriculum for specialized training in the Air Force. He ensures that it was carried out successfully to meet the present and future needs of the organization.
Victor was also responsible for leading his department to secure ISO and SQC (Singapore Quality) standards in the Air Force School. He was in the Management Committee responsible for the organizational transformation efforts of SAFTI MI to a world class training and learning institute.
Coupled with his Leadership and Managerial experiences, he has been
involved in inculcating Customer and People Services Skills to Organisation to meet the demands of a challenging global market environment so as to remain competitive and relevant. He has conducted numerous workshops for
executives in the area of Service with a Smile, Team Effectiveness, Change
Management, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Negotiations, Service Excellence, Project Management, Leadership, Diversity Management, Safety Management to organisations such as the Singapore Armed Forces, CAAS, AES (Airport Emergency Services), SAA (Singapore Aviation Academy), ExxonMobil, ST Aviation, Lakeside Family Centre, Punggol RC, Deutsche Bank, AMO (India) etc.
Victor has a Masters of Education specializing in Leadership and Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT). He holds a Diploma in Human Resource Development from Singapore Institute of Management, Diploma in Training and Development and is a certified Consultant in designing and facilitating Experiential Learning from the Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA). He also holds a Certificate in Public Relations and Mass Communications from the Institute of Public Relations Singapore (IPRS). In additional to these credentials, Victor is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and certified People Developer Manager and Assessor.
His past time includes playing and watching soccer games, jogging and exercise, reading and involvement in social work.
