Since 2002, Kamsani has been a Principal Management Consultant and Corporate
Trainer. As a management consultant, he provides solutions for finance and marketing,
financial and contract audits, develops business strategy and operational upgrades. He
assists businesses to develop strategic business plans and process improvements in
achieving positive financial bottom line.
As a corporate trainer, he prepares programs and trains groups of 20 to 80 participants
on leadership, communication, organizational effectiveness, problem solving, creativity
and innovation. He also lectures at private universities on topics such as Total Quality
Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Strategy, Accounting and Finance. Some of
the companies that he has either trained or consulted at include Panasonic Matsushita
(in Singapore and Malaysia), Abacus International, Ministry of Defense, Union Carbide
Singapore, E-Square Communication, Air New Zealand, Ford Graphics Los Angeles,
American Management University, Queensfield College and more.
He has undertaken critical corporate responsibilities at major multinationals both in Singapore and the United States. He has worked for El Paso Energy Corporation in Houston
TX, Air New Zealand in Los Angeles CA and Caltex Petroleum and Union Carbide in Singapore.
Kamsani strongly believes in education and personal development. He obtained his MBA
at Pepperdine University while in mid 30s long after completing his research scholarship
at the University of Connecticut in 1990 while pursuing Masters in Chemical Engineering.
He shares his professional, corporate and academic experiences with his audience in
hope to inspire them to pursue their dreams and aspirations at any age and backgrounds by any means possible.
