Allan also brings a wealth of leadership and senior management experience into his workshops.
He was the GM of a construction company responsible for the building of highways & other infrastructure projects in China. He has also demonstrated his entrepreneurial streak when he single-handedly set up and run businesses in the biomedical skincare industry starting from ground zero and turning them into healthy profitable running enterprises.
His rich corporate exposure includes business start-ups, business development in the Asia Pacific region, setting up & managing distributorships, recruitment and training, organizing events and workshops.
Allan holds a Diploma in Management Studies as well as the Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese and fluent in conversational Bahasa Indonesia.
A devoted family man with a son and a daughter, whom he adores, Allan is also fond of painting, sea snorkeling, sea-fishing and cooking.
