Shah holds a Master in Total Quality Management Nottingham Trent UK and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Bolton USA, Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management AMA UK, International Diploma in Teaching and Training C&G UK, Diploma in Hospitality Management Australia, Singapore Hotel & Tourism Education Centre Certificates, Oil Petrochemical Safety MOM, Safety Coordinator, Train the Trainer ITE, CEHA IEA, Risk Management Level 2 MOM. He has also completed successfully, all the modules for the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment Program under the Workforce Development Agency Training WSQ Program.
His rich training experience includes course curriculum development, stand up training delivery, mentoring and coaching Executives and Management Staff in the following areas : Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Service Skills and Strategies, Quality Management, Sales & Marketing.
