Over the years, Jack has a successful track record in Fortune 500 companies in senior management positions in the areas of human resource development, human resource management and organization development in various industries such as as manufacturing, electronics, oil and energy, telecommunications, fast moving consumer goods and financial services.

Jack hold various degrees, including an MBA, and is certified for a whole list of popular profiling tools such as MBTI, FIRO-B, Team Architect, CPI 260, Prospector, and William Bridges Change Management. He is also certified for various 360 instruments such as Executive Dimensions, 360 by Design, Campbell Leadership Descriptor, Voices 360 and Benchmarks, which he uses extensively in his executive coaching.
